PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located at: 24th Ave NW and Shilshole Ave NW (Tunnel Effluent Pump Station Site/West Shaft Site), NW 45th St and 11 Ave NW (11th Ave Shaft Site), Leary Way NW and 2nd Ave NW (Fremont Shaft Site), 3rd Ave W and W Ewing St (3rd Ave Shaft Site), Stone Way just north of N. 34th Street (Wallingford Conveyance Site), and Along NW 56th St from 28th Ave NW to 24th Ave NW, then south along 24th Ave NW to the pump station (Ballard Conveyance Site) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the following elements of work: Construction of the Tunnel Effluent Pump Station (TEPS), Facility Building, and associated site and right-of-way improvements at and adjacent to the TEPS Site. Construction of roughly 2,200 LF of conveyance piping to include 1,932 LF of 60 diameter fiber reinforced polymer pipe installed using microtunneling, a diversion structure, maintenance shafts (holes), and associated site and right of way improvements at the Ballard Conveyance Site. Demolition and reconstruction of flow diversion structures to allow flow into the storage tunnel at the 11th Ave Shaft Site, Fremont Shaft Site, 3rd Ave Shaft Site, and Wallingford Conveyance Site.
