Renovation of a multi-residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
For Roof Replacement at Woodridge Park Apartments Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Removal of existing roofing system including main areas membrane and parapet wall asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, roof penetrations, vents, scuppers, downspouts, and all accessories. 2. Removal of all plywood decking in main roof area below membrane. 3. Repair damaged or rotted roof framing. Question deadline: 03/09/2023 at 09:00 a.m. Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to MichelleJ@kcha.org. All responses shall be in the form of Addenda. BID GUARANTEE: Not Required. As a condition of award Performance and Payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount shall be furnished for the Work KCHA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and strongly encourages minority-owned and womenowned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, and small businesses to submit bids or to participate as subcontractors and suppliers on KCHA Contracts. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
