As of March 20, 2021. Project has been awarded to M & B Services, LLC amounting $130,079.86 2023 ADA Ramp Upgrades, Various Locations Work performed on this project to be as per current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 408, as amended and revised. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/24/2023 12:00 PM Either an original Certified Check, Official Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the "City of Altoona" equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal. Note that the Bid Bond must be in effect for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. Mayor and City Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality not material to the bid and to award the contract as may be deemed to the best interest of the City of Altoona. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Work performed on this project will be subject to prevailing wage rates as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
