Site work and new construction of a residential development in Albany, Georgia. Working plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
As of July 19, 2023 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Services to build two complete residential homes, located at 906 S. Jefferson Street and 905 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. These projects will be independently bid on a lump sum basis. Contractor may bid on one or both projects for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) submitting the lowest total bid in the manner that best benefits the City of Albany. 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for each bid to be read or considered. 100% Performance and Payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder.
