The Contracting Agency anticipates awarding one (1) term agreement for pre-stressed / pre-cast concrete inspection, sampling, and testing services within the State of Alaska. Services are normally provided at the locale where the component(s) is being fabricated. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately two (2) years from date of issue (anticipated April 2023 through March 2025) with an option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year extensions for a total of five (5) years. Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater. Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
