The Municipality of Anchorage intends to award the above referenced project to Spernak & Son, LLC in the amount of $256,160.00. The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of approximately 970 S.Y. of Remove Pavement; 260 L.F. of Grading Existing Surfaces;110 Tons of A.C. Pavement; 3 Asphalt Flat Top Speed Humps; 8 Asphalt Speed Cushions; 182 S.F. of Standard Sign; and other related work. Questions Due: 12:00 P.M. Local Time, February 21, 2023 Site Visit: N/A Pre-Bid Conference: N/A All questions shall be submitted prior to the question due date this will be the final opportunity to ask questions or request clarifications. Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org). Please reference the Invitation to Bid Number & Project Title. Do not contact the specified department directly. To maintain the project schedule, Interpretations, corrections, or changes to the Bidding Documents shall be made by Addendum and shall not be binding unless included in the Addendum. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for addenda. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $1,000,000 - $3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
