Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor is to provide construction services as outlined in Solicitation 2022-3022. The intent of this project is the Generator Replacement. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: o Disconnect, remove and dispose existing generator and associated equipment. o Provide, install and connect new Generator per Drawings and Specifications o Provide concrete pad, chain link fence and gate per Drawings and Specifications o Contractor to submit and pay for all permits, and schedule any necessary inspections. o Contractor to provide training on handling new generator. o Contractor responsible for disposal of existing equipment. All questions concerning this solicitation are to be directed in writing to Janell Duncan via email at procurement@cintimha.com. Responses to questions received prior to 4:00pm (local time) on February 20 will be posted as an addendum to the CMHA website. It is the responsibility of all bidders to monitor the website and review all addenda posted associated with this bid.
