Reference number : 1690160 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Fortierville wishes to obtain tenders for the replacement work of the culvert located on the Trembles stream under chemin Saint-Alphonse. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond whose amount is equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on obtaining the loan by-law, if applicable.
