Reference number: 20112878 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-08 Contract following qualification in complex construction or repair work on specific engineering structures according to the list in effect at the time of submission, for the construction of bridge P-20161 on Route 265 over the Bécancour River, in the municipality of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, MRC de l'Érable and Arthabaska electoral district. The estimated amount of the contract is between $25 million and $50 million The tenderer must hold an ISO 9001 "Quality Management System" registration certificate covering the management of road or rail infrastructure construction works (or a certification attestation). This document must be issued by a registrar accredited by the Standards Council of Canada or by an accreditation body recognised by the International Accreditation Forum. Only bids submitted by contractors qualified under the "Qualification of Contractors for Complex Bridge and Tunnel Construction and Repair Work, or for Complex Bridge and Tunnel Repair Work Only" and listed on the corresponding list valid on the bid submission deadline will be considered. In the case of a consortium, at least one of its members must be qualified, and only that member may perform the structural work for the construction or repair of the bridge or tunnel in question. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
