Brown County is requesting bids for approximately 500,000 gallons more or less of Rapid Set Emulsion RS-1HP and RS1H. All bids must be honored through July 31, 2023. This will be delivered to the three districts at the site of the oiling. Brown County will assess a late charge of $250.00 in 30 minute increments for each truck that arrives behind its scheduled delivery time. The road crew will require 2 hours for unloading time between trucks. Brown County also reserves the right to return any order with no return freight charge. Brown County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
