The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder are seeking a General Contractor for services and requests submittal for proposals of General Contractors for the project titled UCB000378-STNW-Fire Alarm & Building Skin Maintenance-2022 (Parapet). The project in Stearns West Hall will include a continuation of the repair of building exterior skin elements, specifically the roof level brick parapet. The goal of the project is to repair damage to parapet bricks, replace missing mortar, remove organic growth on bricks and eliminate opportunities for water and insects to enter the building wall by replacing broken/damaged bricks, installing new mortar in joints, and installing caulking at failing joints at roof flashing to brick wall. The objective is to have a secure/safe parapet wall with no openings in the wall surface to allow water/insects to enter wall cavity. Date Email Questions Due : 02/22/2023
