Work covered by contract documents includes demolition and removal of an existing modular office trailer building (17 stitched units) from the University Lot B Parking lot. Selective removal and repair of existing asphalt parking surface, supply and install of parking pedestals including underground conduit scope. Shutoff and capping of existing trailer utilities (underground sewer, water, gas, power). Refer to contract documents for complete scope.
