Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ogden, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Weber State University is seeking a firm to program and design a new 40,000 square-foot secured facility in downtown Ogden working with partners from Hill Air Force Base, Ogden City, and industry. WSU would like to explore options for both two and four-story facilities that will house multiple secured programs simultaneously. The new facility will sit on one acre of undeveloped land and will include site development, parking, related infrastructure, and all utilities to support new facility. The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. Submittal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for Programming and A/E Design Services. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the State.
