Renovation of an educational facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 15,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 13 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Project Description: Project includes demolition of the existing multipurpose hardwood gym flooring at the Swenson Gym, approximately 15,000sf. Install to include subsurface preparation and installation of a new, hardwood sprung athletic flooring system. Scope to including striping for various athletic uses, salvage and reinstall of existing perimeter base, moving and place back of existing bleacher systems, and installation of an underfloor ventilation system DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
