Construction of a Back-up Deep Injection Well at Water Treatment Plant 2751 Jacksonville Street Fort Myers, FL 33916 Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Site Work, Site Utilities, Concrete, Electrical, Communications. Bidders must include proof of proper license and insurance. Please e-mail joe@gpconstruction.com to request a sample insurance certificate for limits. If these items are not included the bid will be considered non-compliant. 2.Subcontractors submitting bids must certify that they have reviewed all plans, specifications, and addendums, and have bid per plans and specifications. 3.The City of Fort Myers has established a MBE Ordinance for expenditures of construction, professional services, goods and other services.
