Renovation of a detention facility in Somers, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The existing Osborne Correctional Facility is located at 335 Bilton Road, Somers, CT 06071. The scope of work includes complete exterior windows and doors replacement of 26 building (approx. 930,000 s.f. of building areas) estimated 93,000 s.f. of windows and curtainwalls replacement. The existing facility is an occupied facility, and the work will be completed in multiple phases. Windows Replacement Operations to commence on or about December 2023 and be substantially completed by June of 2026. Total Project Estimated Construction Cost: $51 million.
