The City of Edgewood is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Project Location: 550 Freedom Park Drive, Crestview Hills, KY 41017. Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Invitation for Bid. The City of Edgewood is interested in renovations of the City of Edgewood's Senior Center exterior improvements to the current Senior Center building as it exists. The building has had few improvements and no exterior work since it was originally built. Steady growth of the City of Edgewood and in particular, the immediate area of the St. Elizabeth medical campus and support infrastructure has changed how this facility is being used. The building as a metal prefabricated building erected around 2000, "The building appears tired and looks out of place". The city explored multiple options of exterior improvements which refreshes its appearance.
