Scope of Services City wishes to retain Contractor to provide one-time service overhaul on four Fuji Electric ozone generators as further described in the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit B. Bid Due Date. Bids must be submitted prior to the Closing Date indicated in the eBidding System. E-mailed and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Questions and Comments. Written questions and comments must be submitted electronically via the eBidding System no later than February 22, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. Contract Term: Beginning from the Effective Date until completion of the Scope of Work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE): a certified business that is (1) at least fifty-one (51%) owned by socially and economically Disadvantaged Individuals, or, in the case of a publicly owned business at least fifty-one percent (51%) Disabled Veteran: Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE): a certified business that is (1) at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned by one or more Disabled Veterans Minority Business Enterprise (MBE): a certified business that is (1) at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned by one or more minority individuals, or, in the case of a publicly owned business at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the stock is owned by one or more minority individuals The Contractor shall be required to furnish the City of San Diego with a surety bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of California, and approved by the City of San Diego, in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, conditional for the performance of the Contract.
