The project is zoned Neighborhood Mixed Use, which allows for up to three story buildings and a range of residential types. The Town is looking to achieve a mix of 25-35 townhomes and small cottages that would serve a range of incomes at 80%, 100%, and 120% of the Area Median Income for Weld County. The project will need to start construction by Q1 2024. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
