Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pelion, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Pelion is requesting bids to restore the old railroad warehouse located at Railroad Ave. Bid should include demo concrete pad and pour new concrete, pour ramp, remove metal roofing (and dispose of debris), install new boards to hold metal sheeting and install metal sheeting, scrape, caulk and sand building, paint, frame new porch, pour concrete on piers, install TREX board, framing, support, and install wire railing. Include warranty information. Must furnish all labor, liability and workers comp insurance, and equipment to perform work. Must be a licensed contractor.
