This will require demo & replacement of sidewalk, curb, gutter, and asphalt in the city street. After the plumbing & concrete repairs, HACSB is also responsible to repair the asphalt pavement. HACSB is seeking qualified licensed contractor(s) to perform asphalt work after replacement of the fire hydrant. This is a public works project per CA Labor Code Section 1720, and workers must be paid prevailing wage rates. All work is within the public right of way Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, debris-waste removal/disposal, transportation of materials and anything else deemed necessary to grind and patch asphalt per Section 4 SCOPE OF WORK Tentative Project Start 3/28/2023 Tentative Project End 4/29/2023 SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, debris-waste removal/disposal, transportation of materials and anything else deemed necessary to grind and patch 5000 sq ft. of asphalt pavement.
