The Contractor shall provide the following services: Grass cutting and trimming of grass within the urban and rural areas of the Town, at specified locations Grass to be cut and trimmed on a regular basis between April 15 and November15 so that grass height does not exceed 10 cm (4") and will look tidy and neat at all times. Work to begin on April 15, weather and conditions depending. Grass cutting and trimming of grass around the Grand Valley Medical Dental Centre, 21 Main Street North, Grand Valley, as noted on the attached mapping. Grass to be cut and trimmed on a regular basis between April 15 and November 15, 2020 so that grass height does not exceed 10 cm (4") and will look tidy and neat at all times. Autumn Clean up of Cenotaph and Municipal Office/Library Grounds: cutting and trimming grass if needed, clearing and removal of all leaves and brush. Clean up must be completed prior to Remembrance Day (November 11) in preparation for annual Remembrance Day Ceremony. Clean up must take place regardless of weather conditions.
