Remodel of an existing office area within the Reno Downtown Library in to 2 new Family Restrooms. Deadline For Submitting Questions 01-Mar-2023 04:00 PM PST Estimated Cost Range: $150,000-$175,000 All questions, requests for information, and correspondence shall be directed via email to the following CSD Project Manager: Bill Wardell, CCM wwardell@washoecounty.gov Community Services Department, Engineering and Capital Projects Division The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Demolition of infrastructure per design documents to include all removal of existing finishes, walls, framing, electrical, data and all other associated work required based on the design scope. Verify demolition scope per Construction documents. o All work shall be in accordance with City of Reno requirements. All permit compliance and inspections shall be coordinated by the contractor with the Owner to maintain schedule. o New construction to include all scope shown in the attached Construction Drawing set - Exhibit F. o Submitted proposal to include all new equipment, parts and supplies as specified to complete the design scope as detailed in Exhibit C and all specifications provided. o All installation to follow specifications, details, and installation standards as detailed Exhibit C & D. o The bid proposal shall be through the Projectmates Bids and Plan room as noted. o Any requested alternatives or substitutions to the design or specifications are to be submitted as an RFI prior to bid submission. A submitted proposal without alternates will be subject to design conformance. o The proposed bid amount will include all costs to conform with the schedule of the project as required in this package. No additional cost for overtime, weekend or afterhours work will be allowed
