Holder Q&D Joint Venture has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and will be requesting Lump Sum proposals for the Reno-Tahoe International Airport Concourse Development Project. This phase of the project will procure the following scopes of work: Site Demolition, Earthwork, Site Utilities, Paving Landscape Site Security Building Concrete Structural Steel Masonry Metal Panels Waterproofing / Caulking Glass / Glazing Roofing Millwork and Finished Carpentry Doors / Frames / Hardware Drywall & Ceilings Flooring Finishes Paint and Wall Coverings Overhead Doors Specialties Signage / Directories Fire Protection Systems HVAC / Mechanical Systems Electrical Systems Airport Special Systems Vendors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the vendor unopened if the vendor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580. Question Deadline 12/13/2024 Per the Federal Aviation Administration's Contract Provision Guidelines for Obligated Sponsors and AIP Projects dated May 24, 2023, the following provisions are hereby referenced for this solicitation: Affirmative Action, Buy American Preference, Davis Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees, Procurement of Recovered Materials, Title VI Solicitation Notice, and Trade Restriction Certification.
