The project will be bid as multiple prime contracts according to the list below: CES-05 BUILDING CONCRETE & REBAR B, C-8 CES-06 STRUCTURAL STEEL C-51 CES-07 METAL PANELS, ROOFING, & SHEET METAL C-39, C-43 CES-08 FINISH CARPENTRY B, C-6 CES-09 METAL FRAMING, PLASTER, AND GYPSUM BOARD C-9, C-35 CES-10 WALL MATERIALS AND ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS C-2 CES-11 PAINTING C-33 CES-12 GENERAL SPECIALTIES B CES-13 FIRE SPRINKLERS C-16 CES-14 BUILDING PLUMBING & HVAC C-36, C-20 CES-15 BUILDING ELECTRICAL C-10 CES-16 OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS A Questionnaire and Financial Statement shall be submitted directly to Clovis Unified School District prior to 2:00 pm Feb 23, 2023. Bidder Must Prequalifiy Under Calendar Year 2023 Application Process. Online Submittal Only. Time of completion for this project shall 544 calendar days (per construction managers work schedule) from the start of the project as established within the Owner's Notice to Proceed The DVBE Declaration of Good Faith Efforts to use Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises must be signed, filed, and included in sealed bid package,at which time the bids (including the DVBE Declaration of Good Faith Efforts to Use Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises) will be opened in public The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity and to reject any or all bids. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after date set for the opening thereof.
