As of December 8, 2023, an consultant has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Scope of Work This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting a consultant for Pre-design Services for the Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Unit located at Walla Walla, Monroe, and/or another location within WA. This scope of work includes Pre-design services only. Pre-design studies to evaluate locations, explore alternatives, develop cost estimates, and provide other analysis needed to design a 16-40 bed inpatient treatment unit to be located at one of the Department of Correction’s existing prison campuses.
