For Sky Valley Education Center Fire Alarm Replacement Scope of work includes the installation of a new voice fire alarm system, and demolition of existing fire alarm system, at the Sky Valley Educational Center. The new fire alarm system shall be installed, tested, and fully operational before any portions ofthe existing system are to be demolished. The existing structure is not sprinklered. Full fire alarm detection and notification coverage is required throughout all existing structures. Certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only.
