The work to be performed under this contract consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and for doing all work necessary for procurement and installation of four standby generators at four flood control drainage pump stations, including all conduit, conductors, and appurtenances for fully operational standby power systems; and onsite work performed as required for the fulfillment of the Contract. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City Engineer throughout the Project to accommodate any adjustments, as deemed necessary by the City Engineer. Any questions or clarifications on the special provisions that may require a formal bid addendum must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on February 23rd, 2023. The City will review the questions and issue a bid addendum if necessary. EST. Time for completion of this contract shall be ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) WORKING DAYS, SEPARATED INTO MILESTONE A AND MILESTONE B. Milestone A (FORTY-FIVE (45) WORKING DAYS) will consist of submittal of all required Milestone B (SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS) will consist of generator installation with associated electrical work at each of the drainage pump stations.
