As of March 15, 2023, project was awarded to A Lamp Concrete Contractors, Inc., awarded amount is $514,535.90. The Work under this Contract shall consist of site and streetscape improvements on and along the 93 Green Bay Road property in Winnetka Illinois, located on the southeast corner of Green Bay and Winnetka Avenue. The work includes installation of electrical infrastructure, pavement milling and resurfacing, local base repair, with pavement excavation and reconstruction, curb & gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, adjusting/replacing frames and grates/lids, rehabilitation and replacement of sanitary manholes, and related collateral work. This project also includes the installation of parkway trees and landscaping, light poles, planter pots, benches, and other streetscape items. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: The property commonly referred to as 93 Green Bay Road as well as the adjacent Green Bay Road right-of-way. Owner reserves the right to make clarifications, corrections, or changes in this Request for Contract Proposals at any time prior to the time proposals are opened.
