Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The proposed project consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units at various facilities in the District. Final day to receive questions will be Tuesday, February 21st, 2023, 5:00PM SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units at various facilities in the District . INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid amount, with sureties approved by the owner, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. The successful bidder is required to pay the Prevailing Wage for work under this Contract and shall submit certified payroll records in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any technicality irregularity. idders failing to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the project and the existing conditions at the scope review may be rejected.
