Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 11,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All Contractors shall use the bid day label provided with their Bid Form. This 1,500 SF three-story addition and 9,500 SF complete interior and exterior renovation consists of new MEPs, finishes, steel stairs, elevator, and roofing. Exterior sitework will be adjusted to reflect a new parking lot and landscaped area. All Contractors wishing to bid on this project must have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. Contractors. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the Bid Form. In addition, the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to100% of the bid amount, with sureties approved by theOwner and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the Contract. The successful bidder is required to pay the Prevailing Wage for work under this Contract and shall submit certified payroll records in compliance with the PrevailingWage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). This Project is Tax Exempt. The Board of Education of Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any technicality irregularity.
