Morgan Park Phase 1 Recreation Improvements LW-ENC-G3060-03-4ADA-SC-1 The Project includes the following Work: The proposed park improvements include the installation of new ADA asphalt parking lot, restroom and concession structure, utility and electrical connections, stormwater management facilities, and site vegetation. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Morgan Park Phase 1 Recreation Improvements Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources that affect the project, pursuant to Act No. 247 of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved October 26, 1972. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
