Lincoln Land Community College (LLCC) invites qualified GENERAL/SITE Contractors, to submit sealed bids to furnish all labor & material to complete requirements of bidding for MAIN CAMPUS PARKING LOT, DRIVES, & SIGNAGE. Failure to be present when the meeting begins, may result in the bidder being disqualified. Contractors should have any sub-contractors present at the mandatory pre-bid meeting who may wish to view the site. Further information concerning the specifications of this invitation to bid resulting from questions submitted, either in writing or resulting from the pre-bid meeting/site visit, will be communicated in the form of an addendum. E-mail or verbal responses to questions are not a part of the bid documents and only formal addendum will govern. The Central Illinois Builders' Non-Cash Security Method for request of documents will be accepted on this project, as well. The bidder shall furnish a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the amount bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to Lincoln Land Community College. LLCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, or to permit timely correction of minor deficiencies in bids whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of LLCC and to accept the bid or bids being most favorable to LLCC after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
