Renovation of a residential development in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Blanket contract for 12 months and/or until contract monetary limit, whichever is applicable first, to paint vacant public housing units, of various sizes and bedroom makeup for both Residential and Hi-Rise units. The Bid Proposal should provide Springfield Housing Authority sufficient detail to allow it to properly evaluate ones bid. More specifically, the bid should reflect price per building square foot. Furthermore, the proposal should be broken out to a price per square foot for residential as well as a price per square foot for building (Hi-Rise). An example of a typical floor plan (residential) is attached. Average square foot for a Hi-Rise unit is +/- 500 square foot for a 1-bedroom unit and +/- 950 square foot for a 2-bedroom unit. Bidders must submit one (1) copy of the bid submittal, including extending tabs, in a sealed package, properly addressed. So that the Agency can properly evaluate the offers received, all such hard-copy bid submittals must be formatted in accordance with the sequence noted below. Each category must be separated by index dividers numbered (which number extends so that each tab can be located without opening the bid). None of the proposed services may conflict with any requirement the Agency has published herein or will issue by addendum.
