**As of April 14, 2023, project was awarded to Petersburg Plumbing & Excavating., and the awarded amount $671,948.80.** Bids will not be considered unless they are accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, bank money order or a satisfactory bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Proposals will be opened at the above specified time and date in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Center West. No proposals will be accepted subsequent to the preceding date and time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. All Contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
