Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pond Creek, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and road / highway.

The City of Pond Creek reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid and to award the bid to the bidder who, in the opinion of the City of Pond Creek offers the proposal which appears to be of the best interest of the City of Pond Creek. All Construction methods shall conform to the Current Edition of the Oklahoma Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. A Business Relationship Affidavit, NonCollusion Affidavit and Surety Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidder upon approval of the Contract and submission of a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Statutory Bond and a 100% Maintenance Bond. Do not include state or local sales tax in your bid. The City of Pond Creek will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving tax exempt status on the purchase of material pursuant to 68 O.S. 1356 (I). In addition, the bidder shall comply with all relevant and applicable provisions of the State of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. (Title 61 of the Oklahoma Statutes). The City of Pond Creek also reserves the right to accept or delete any portion of this project.
