PIN : 13067 County: Utah Engineer's Estimate: Greater than $500K but less than or equal $1.5M Project Location: Orem 800 North Trail 400 W-900 W The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Concrete Sidewalk Traffic Control Drainage Pipe - 15 inch, Reinforced Concrete, Leak-Resistant The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid. Project information can also be reviewed at the main office in Salt Lake City, its Region offices, and its District offices in Price, Richfield, and Cedar City. Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
