The City of Ames is requesting proposals to provide consulting services for the replacement of roofs at the Resource Recovery Plant, located at 110 Center Ave. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. As of November 15, 2024, the project is on indefinite hold. Further details regarding design completion, bid schedule, construction, and completion timelines have not been identified.
