The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), requests Bids for the purchase of shot rock with no more than 20% fines. Bids are to be inclusive of delivery of the material to the project site along Gilbert Creek. Please see attached bid documents and maps for details. This Contract will run for an initial period from February 16th, 2023 through June 30th, 2023. The Procuring Agency and the Contractor, upon written mutual agreement, may renew the Contract for up to an additional (2) one-year periods, renewing on July 1st of each subsequent year, with a final possible contract termination date of June 30th, 2023. The Contract shall be effective on the date it is executed by the Procuring Agency. If no formal Contract is executed, the effective date of the Contract is the date of the purchase order
