The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston ("EDIC") d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA"), by its Chief Procurement Officer is pleased to issue this Invitation for Bid entitled "Seasonal Landscaping at the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park" (the "IFB"). The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. 30B, as may be amended. All questions should be submitted by email no later than February 22, 2023 at 5:00 pm to the EDIC Project Manager, Susan Downs, via BPDARealEstate@boston.gov and the BPDA Procurement Office at BPDA.CPO@boston.gov. Any inquiry received by 5:00 pm will be given consideration. The selected bidder shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and services at the Marine Park. The landscape services will be performed three times per year on a seasonal basis (spring, summer, and fall) and include but are not limited to: 1. Seasonal Planters 2. Plant Beds 3. Mulch Trees and Shrub Beds 4. Remove Weeds & Invasive Plants 5. Deadhead Perennials and Shrubs 6. Prune Shrubs 7. Prune Trees 8.
