Project scope consists of reconfiguration of an existing classroom space to include but not limited to: new wood framed non-bearing walls, suspended ceiling work, concrete floors & curbs, plastic laminate cabinetry, carpeting and LVT flooring, plumbing including lavatories, toilets and sinks with bubblers, reconfiguration of existing HVAC ducts, lighting and fire sprinklers, wrought iron gate accessible improvements The lowest bid shall be determined on the amount of the base bid. Bidders not attending the site visit will be disqualified. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner.
