Work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of all existing architectural finishes and accessories; replacement of all plumbing fixtures, devices and accessories; upgrades and/or modifications to the electrical, lighting, fire alarm and HVAC systems; reconfiguration and expansion of existing spaces for code compliance to provide accessible toilets and showers.
