RFQ Engineering - Turner Lake Road Widening Project The City of Covington, Georgia requests qualifications/technical proposals from qualified professionally licensed firms for engineering, design and related professional engineering services for the Turner Lake Road Widening Project. The awarded contractor shall collaborate with City staff on the above project through the lifecycle of the project. The City intends to select one consulting firm through the qualifications based selection process, and intends to execute an consultant agreement with the selected firm for services to be provided. The selected firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with the project schedule established by the City of Covington. The scope of this project is to provide all required professional services to prepare concept alternatives for the roadway widening of Turner Lake Road from US 278 to SR 81. Once an alternative is selected by the City of Covington, the consultant will prepare construction plans in order for the City to let this project for construction. The City will select the best qualified consultant(s) based on the information received from interested firms as a result of this solicitation.
