Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,227-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Sealed Bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in public session by the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama, for GULF SHORES CITY SCHOOLS DOORS, FRAMES, AND HARDWARE. Work will include materials and labor for install of new doors in existing metal frames, install of new doors and frames and install of new hardware per drawings on the GS Elementary Campus buildings 200 and 300. Qualified contractors are invited to Bid. This contract is for the purpose of providing all materials and labor to install the GULF SHORES CITY SCHOOLS DOORS, FRAMES, AND HARDWARE in conformance with the Specifications. The Contractor will be required to obtain a business license from the City to operate within the Corporate Limits. Sealed bids may be mailed or delivered directly to the City of Gulf Shores prior to the public opening. All bidders must use the Bid Form provided in the Contract Documents and show on the envelope "SEALED BID," the Bidder's name, the name of the bid/project, and the opening date and time. No conditional Bids will be accepted. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing date and time for the receipt of Bids.
