LCN, an Allegion brand; SEM series: www.allegion.com/us/#sle. 2. Substitutions: Not permitted. B. Electromagnetic Door Holders: Comply with BHMA A156.15. 1. Type: Wall mounted, single unit, standard duty, with strike plate attached to door. 2. Holding Force, Standard Duty: 35 lbs-force, minimum. 3. Voltage: 12 VDC / 24 VDC, and provide power supplies by same manufacturer as holders. 4. Provide interface with fire detectors and fire-alarm system for fire-rated door assemblies 2. Provide non-handed 24 VDC electric strike suitable for door frame material and scheduled lock configuration. 3. Provide field selectable Fail Safe/Fail Secure modes. 4. Provide transformer and rectifier as necessary for complete installation. 5. Connect electric strikes into fire alarm where non-rated doors are scheduled to release with fire or sprinkler alarm condition. 2.06 LOCK CYLINDERS A. Manufacturers: 1. Match Owners Existing Schlage Primus Key System for Exterior Cylinders. 2. Match Owners Existing Sargent Key System for Interior Cylinders. 3. Substitutions: Not permitted. B. Lock Cylinders: Provide key access on outside of each lock, unless otherwise indicated. 1. Provide standard, conventional, type cylinders, Grade 1, with six-pin core in compliance with BHMA A156.5 at locations indicated. 2. Provide cylinders from same manufacturer as locking device. 3. Provide cams and/or tailpieces as required for locking devices. 4. Within specific Door Sections, when provisions for lock cylinder are being referenced to this Section, provide specified lock cylinder and keyed to building keying system, unless otherwise indicated. 5. Return all removed cylinders/cores from existing hardware to Owner. Bored Hole: 2-1/8 inch diameter. 2. Latchbolt Throw: 1/2 inch, minimum. 3. Backset: 2-3/4 inch unless otherwise indicated. 4. Strikes: Provide manufacturer's standard strike for each latchset or lockset with strike box and curved lip extending to protect frame in compliance with indicated requirements. a. Finish: To match lock or latch. b. Flat-Lip Strikes: Provide for locks with three piece antifriction latchbolts as recommended by manufacturer. c. Extra-Long-Lip Strikes: Provide for locks used on frames with applied wood casing trim. d. Provide a lock for each door, unless otherwise indicated that lock is not required. 6. Trim: Provide lever handle or pull trim on outside of each lock, unless otherwise indicated. 7. Provide electrified options as scheduled in the hardware sets. Where scheduled, provide switches, and sensors integrated into the locks and latches. 8.
