The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting proposals for a Professional Services Consultant to perform, as soon as possible, an AT&T telecommunication audit of all centralized billings in the County's hardline accounts from 2018 to present and create a detailed inventory of the County's current services. Kent County is not interested in an audit of cellular services. Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) : 5/22/2023, 2 PM Any and all communication regarding this Solicitation shall be on the Kent County Purchasing Division Inquiry Blog via the Bid Opportunities page or during pre-proposal meetings. This project includes but is not limited to: 1. A complete audit of the County's AT&T current Telecommunications Services, billings, contracts, and invoices dating back to 2018. Identify overcharges, billing or tax errors, and verify against tariff and contract language. 2. Submit service credits for issues identified in Item 1. and approved by the County. 3. Provide a detailed inventory that includes: a. Account Assignment/Inventory b. Line and Circuit Assignment, including: i. Details on its current use ii. Service Location/Address Kent County has had approximately 30-40 different hardline accounts between 2018 and today, with an average monthly spend of $15k-30k over that period. Access to documentation will be provided to the awardee for the existing services.
