Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will reconstruct the following residential roadways: Palmetto Ave, Auburn Ave to Ayers Ave. Martha Ave, I75 to north of Kane St. Oxbridge Dr, Orono Dr to Detroit Ave. Westmeyer St, Island Ave to River Rd. This includes removal and replacment of the pavement, curb and gutter, as well as some minor drainage work. Palmetto Ave and Martha Ave will also include water line replacment.
