The City of Toledo, Hoffman Road Landfill (HRL or landfill) comprises of approximately 160 acres and operates under criteria established in Ohio Administrative Code 3745-27-19 and an approved Permit to Install (PTI). Operation and Maintenance (O&M) criteria at the landfill, in part, includes routine and non-routine inspections, cleaning and maintenance of leachate collection system components. The goal of this contract is to secure a one-year contract, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years, for regular leachate collection sump and gravity conveyance line inspection and cleaning. Actual maintenance activities are being contracted separately, however it is expected that certain inspection and cleaning activities will occur concurrently with the routine leachate pump inspections, etc. Online Q&A : Yes Q&A Deadline : 03/08/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted thru the Q & A tab of this bid.
