The city is seeking a vendor to supply the City of Toledo's Water Treatment Plant with 13,000 tons of high calcium pebbled lime. Other Details BID SUBMISSION Bids prices shall be two (2) decimal places (i.e. $0.00). Only one (1) price per line item will be accepted with this bid.
