Renovation of a transportation facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Requesting bids for a contractor to replace a 100-gallon water heater at Appleton International Airport. The project shall include the following in the lump sum bid cost: 1. New water heater and all required components for connection 2. Disconnection of existing water heater 3. Site clear of all materials and existing water heater 4. System start up and verification unit is working properly 5. One-year parts and labor warranty 6. Any required permits A PO will be issued by end of day February 28th. The unit must be fully installed and operational by March 31, 2023. Failure to achieve final completion by March 31st will result in a $50 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty.
